In 2016, he ventured into the specialty coffee world,\u003cbr\u003estarting as a quality analyst and cupper in a family cooperative located in the municipality of\u003cbr\u003eBuesaco. In 2020, he started his own production, processing, and commercialization of\u003cbr\u003especialty coffees. Currently, he has 12 hectares, all dedicated to coffee cultivation, with\u003cbr\u003eapproximately 40,000 trees. In Cartago, summers are short and hot; winters are short and comfortable and it is\u003cbr\u003eoppressive, wet and cloudy throughout the year.
